The Neighborhood

Wood Valley is a well established neighborhood in North Raleigh. The neighborhood has been around since
the late 1970's and has a great selection of homes and lots unlike any other in Wake County.
We are centrally located between Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Durham, and Cary.
With this central location we have a great selection of schools, grocery stores, and lots of other recreational choices.
When your family is ready for college, there are over seven great universities within 30 minutes of our location.

The swim and racquet club offers a great addition to the neighborhood.
Affording everyone the opportunity to swim or play tennis all within
