| THIS AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, made this 25th day of
September, 1981, by LEESVILLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a North Carolina
corporation and CREECH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A North Carolina
corporation and JOHN A. HUGHES and wife, BILLIE C. HUGHES, of Wake
County, North Carolina, (hereinafter called "Declarants");
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Declarants are the owners of all of the lots shown on map
entitled "Woodvalley Subdivision, Wake Co., N. C., Section 6"
dated April 14, 1981, prepared by TES, Inc., Raleigh, N.C. And
recorded in Book of Maps 1981, Page 480, Wake County Registry, which
lots are subject to restrictive covenants recorded in Book 2504, Page
494, Wake County Registry, as amended in Book 2590, Page 601, Wake
County Registry; and
WHEREAS, Declarants desire to amend said restrictive covenants with
respect to Lots 190, 191 and 192 shown on said recorded map as
hereinafter provided. NOW, THEREFORE, Declarats hereby amend said
restrictive covenants with respect to Lots 190, 191 and 192 as follows:

Article IV is amended by adding after the word subdivision in
the first line thereof the following: (a) (except on Lots 190,
191 and 192); and (b) By adding at the end of Article IV the
following sentence: "All dwellings constructed on Lots 190, 191
and 192 shall have an enclosed area of the main structure, exclusive
of basements, open porches and garages of at least 1400 square feet
for a one story dwelling and at least 1600 square fact of finished
floor area for a one and one-half story dwelling, at least 1600
square feet for a two story dwelling, at least 1600 square feet
exclusive of the third floor for a three story dwelling and at least
1600 square- feet of finished floor area for a split level dwelling." |
